The legendary writer, director, and producer was a prominent figure in the world of Konkani tiatr and is remembered for his impactful and thought-provoking works that resonated with audiences across the state.

Born in 1939 in Benaulim, Ligorio Fernandes developed an early love for Konkani and tiatr.
