On Monday, the second day of the match, Saurashtra resumed their first innings from overnight 317 for 4 and declared at a massive 585 for 7 in the Ranji Trophy Elite Group match against Goa played at the Niranjan Shah Stadium, Ground C, in Rajkot. Prerak Mankad, who was unbeaten on 88 on Day 1, went on to score a solid 155. Sammar Gajjar also struck a century, contributing 116, while Hetvik Kotak chipped in with a fifty (50) before the declaration.
