Goa, Dec. 14 -- DRAG has raised serious concerns over the absence of a disaster management plan for persons with disabilities in Goa. In its letter to district collectors and the state disability commissioner, the association expressed shock that nothing has been done despite repeated reminders. DRAG founder Avelino De Sa emphasised that highrise buildings still lack evacuee chairs for disabled residents and visitors, endangering lives.
