Goa, Sept. 19 -- The High Court of Bombay at Goa has directed the Goa Coastal Zone Management Author ity (GCZMA) to de-seal the premises on Survey No 112/1 at Candolim, but strictly for the purpose of carrying out demolition of the portion of the struc ture found to be beyond the approved plan. The demolition is scheduled to take place under the supervision of the GCZMA between September 22 and 24. Following the demoli tion, the GCZMA has been tasked with conducting a fresh inspection and submitting a detailed re port with photographs of the razed portions, along with an assessment of the remaining construction to determine whether it qualifies as a temporary structure.
