Goa, July 15 -- In a move to enhance digital governance and improve citizen services, the Goa government is set to launch an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot that will offer access to over 240 public services.

Announcing the initiative, IT Minister Rohan Khaunte said the chatbot will simplify the process for citizens to obtain various official documents and certificates - such as income certificates, residence proofs, and more - directly through WhatsApp.

"This AI-enabled platform will bring government services to citizens' fingertips, making the process faster, easier, and more accessible," Khaunte said.
