India, Feb. 2 -- In an effort to promote drug-free lifestyles, Goa's Directorate of Social Welfare is hosting a reel-making competition under the National Action Plan for Drug Demand Reduction (NAPDDR). The contest is open to Students and the General Public, with the theme "Say NO to drugs." Participants must create Instagram reels of 60-90 seconds in English, Hindi, Konkani, or Marathi and tag @socialwelfare.goa and @yuva.panaji. Winners will receive 10,000 (first), 8,000 (second), 6,000 (third), and a consolation prize of 4,000. The deadline for entries is February 8, 2026. This initiative encourages creativity while spreading awareness about the dangers of drug abuse.
