Goa, Nov. 27 -- The Goa government has announced a significant administrative reform aimed at improving efficiency and reducing delays in public services. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant, speaking at the post-cabinet briefing, revealed that the time required to process and issue a sanad has now been reduced from 60 days to 45 days. The decision is part of the government's broader efforts to streamline administrative procedures and make citizen-related services faster and more transparent. Sawant said the reform is expected to benefit thousands of applicants each year, ensuring quicker land-related clearances and reducing the bottlenecks that previously slowed down the sanad approval process.
