Goa, Jan. 9 -- The Goa government has constituted an Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) to strengthen coordination among various law enforcement stakeholders and intensify efforts to curb drug trafficking in the state.
The task force will be headed by an Inspector General of Police (IGP) and will function under the overall supervision of the Director General of Police (DGP). Its formation is aimed at ensuring better intelligence sharing, coordinated operations and effective enforcement against narcotics-related offences.
