Goa, Sept. 12 -- Goa Forward secretary Prashant Naik has raised concern over the shortage of permanent teachers in schools across the state. Addressing the media, Naik stressed that the lack of regular teaching staff is directly affecting the quality of education and hampering students' learning.
He pointed out that schools are increasingly relying on temporary teachers, which is leading to frequent disruptions and inconsistency in classroom instruction.
Naik urged the government to take urgent steps to fill vacant posts and ensure stability in the education system.
