MORJIM: Goa won their three respective categories they participated in, windsurfers in the U-19 category finished with promise for the future and North East India had its first representative as the All India Windsurfing and Kitesurfing Championship 2025 organised by Bord Sailing Association (BSA) and Premier Kiteboarding Association (PKA) at Vithaldas Vaddo, here, came to an end on Sunday.
