Goa, Dec. 16 -- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Tuesday urged taxi owners in Goa to adopt digital taxi services and modern technology at the earliest, stressing that long-pending issues related to tourist taxis must be resolved through modernization rather than politicisation.
Addressing tourism stakeholders in Candolim, Sawant said repeated complaints involving taxi services should be handled constructively, keeping the larger interests of tourism and the state in mind. He emphasised that technological upgradation was essential to improve efficiency and enhance the experience of visitors to Goa.
