Goa, May 13 -- Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Monday laid the foundation stone for a state-of-the-art Government Office Complex in Bicholim Taluk, North Goa, marking a major push toward strengthening local administrative infrastructure. Estimated at a cost of Rs.57.33 crore, the new facility is envisioned as a one-stop hub housing multiple government departments. It will include modern amenities such as a public library and an open hall, aimed at streamlining service delivery and promoting efficient governance.
