Goa, June 27 -- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday chaired a high-level meeting of the Goa Waste Management Corporation to review and improve the state's waste management systems.
During the discussions with officials and stakeholders, the Chief Minister issued clear directions to all concerned departments to bolster the handling of hazardous, biomedical, and wet waste. He emphasized the need to put robust measures in place to achieve 100% regulatory compliance across sectors.
