Goa, Sept. 17 -- The Chief Minister of Goa has announced the launch of the 'Mhaji Ghar' housing scheme, aimed at benefiting nearly 50% of Goans.

Speaking at the official launch, held in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, the CM said that notifications related to Communidade land, the 20-point programme, and government land have already been issued to facilitate the scheme.

He added that application forms will be made available once all legal clearances are finalized, ensuring transparency and compliance.

The scheme, touted as one of the state's most ambitious housing initiatives, is expected to provide relief to thousands of Goans seeking affordable and secure housing.
