Goa, March 14 -- The much-awaited and beloved festival of Holi was celebrated with great enthusiasm across Goa, as people of all ages took to the streets to play with colours, dance, and spread joy. The state was awash with hues of pink, blue, green, and yellow as families, friends, and colleagues came together to mark the occasion.

On Friday, private organizations, government offices, and residents joined in the festivities. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, celebrating Holi at Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali, extended his wishes to all Goans and encouraged the use of organic colours. He highlighted that farmers in Goa have begun producing eco-friendly colours from plants and leaves, promoting sustainability.
