Goa, Jan. 6 -- The Goa Legislative Assembly will convene for a five-day session starting Monday, January 12, during which the state government will present its supplementary budget.As this is the first session of the calendar year, proceedings will begin with the Governor's address. The session will also include the introduction and discussion of government bills.

The session will conclude on Friday, January 16, which coincides with Opinion Poll Day, and will be reserved for Private Members' business.
