Mapusa, Jan. 5 -- The Mamlatdar has lifted the seal on the giant wheel installed at the Bodgeshwar Jatra venue in Mapusa, allowing the popular ride to resume operations. The amusement ride, along with several others at the fairground, had earlier been sealed for functioning without the mandatory permissions.Officials confirmed that the action was initially taken after it was found that the operators had not secured the required approvals from the concerned authorities.
