Goa, Oct. 14 -- A man allegedly shot his wife dead following an argument over a passport, with their 11-year-old daughter witnessing the horrific crime. The incident took place in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, where the woman, identified as Ruby, was found lying on the kitchen floor. Police are currently searching for her husband, Vikas, who is on the run. Both Vikas and Ruby were registered gangsters. The case is under investigation.
