Goa, June 15 -- Poor gutter maintenance in Assagao has led to severe waterlogging, disrupting daily life and posing safety risks for residents and commuters. With monsoon rains hitting the region, the failure of authorities to clear drains in advance has resulted in rainwater flooding roads, making travel increasingly difficult-especially for two-wheeler riders and pedestrians.
