Goa, Nov. 5 -- In asignificant legaldevelopment,the Anjuna Policehave registereda case againstfive accusedindividuals fordisplaying thecontroversialslogan"PAKISTAN ZINDABAD"on an LED board at the Whiskey Pedia wine store located in Arpora. The five accused come from different states including Haryana, Karnataka, and Bihar. The case, filed under Sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and Information Technology Act, alleges that the act caused public disturbance by inciting fear and anger among local residents. The police have taken swift action following public complaints, disconnecting the LED board and detaining those responsible. A detailed investigation is underway.
