India, Feb. 9 -- In a major safety step, the District Magistrate of Kushavati District has imposed a complete ban on the use, bursting, ignition, or operation of fireworks within tourist establishments. The prohibition includes sparklers, pyrotechnic effects, flame-thrower devices, smoke generators, and other fire or smoke-producing equipment. The order applies to a wide range of locations such as nightclubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, guesthouses, resorts, beach shacks, temporary structures, event venues, and entertainment establishments across the district.
