Goa, Sept. 1 -- Panic broke out among residents near the Taleigao football ground after fire erupted at multiple spots on the ground, believed to have been triggered by a leak in an underground gas pipeline.

Emergency services rushed to the scene to control the blaze and ensure the safety of nearby residents. Authorities are investigating the exact cause of the incident and have urged people to avoid the affected area until the situation is fully under control.

No casualties have been reported so far, but officials have warned of potential risks and are taking precautionary measures to prevent further incidents.
