Goa, Dec. 6 -- Fire officials early Friday morning extinguished a blaze that broke out at a shop near Yashodhan Hospital in Aquem, Margao. The fire was reported around 3.25 am, prompting an immediate response from the fire services team. While no injuries or casualties were recorded, the shop was completely gutted. The owner reportedly suffered losses amounting to 25 lakh rupees, though goods valued at 4 lakh were saved. The exact cause of the fire is still under investigation.
