Goa, June 15 -- The Feast of St. Anthony was celebrated with deep devotion and vibrant community spirit at St. Anthony Chapel, Deussua, on Sunday, drawing a large crowd of parishioners and devotees from neighbouring areas.
The day began with a solemn Eucharistic Mass, presided over by His Grace, Archbishop Simao Fernandes, who served as the main celebrant. He was joined by several concelebrating priests, adding spiritual depth to the occasion. In his homily, Archbishop Fernandes reflected on the virtues of St. Anthony-particularly his humility, compassion, and faith-urging the faithful to live by his example and extend kindness to those in need.
