Goa, June 9 -- The Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) conducted a surprise inspection at a Hotel in Khareband, Margao on Monday, acting on complaints regarding poor hygiene.
During the raid, officials discovered unsanitary kitchen conditions and improper food storage practices, raising serious health concerns.
Food samples were collected for laboratory testing, and the hotel was issued a notice for violating food safety and public health regulations.
The FDA has warned of strict action if the hotel fails to comply with hygiene standards moving forward.
