Goa, April 10 -- The Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) of Pernem Taluka carried out a late evening raid on Wednesday, inspecting 19 restaurants and hotels in the popular coastal areas of Ashwem and Morjim. The inspections revealed significant hygiene violations in some establishments, leading to the closure of four kitchens due to unsatisfactory cleanliness standards. Strict warnings were issued to the remaining establishments to maintain proper hygiene practices.
