INDIA, Dec. 1 -- Panic spread among farmers in Patradevi on Sunday following confirmation that the elephant known as "Omkar" had once again crossed over into Goa.
Forest Department officials have increased surveillance in the area and are closely tracking the elephant's movements in an effort to prevent damage to crops and property. Teams have been deployed on the ground to alert residents and ensure safety measures are in place as monitoring continues.
