Goa, April 30 -- In a heartbreaking incident reported today from Bhavakai, Mayem, a 60-year-old woman, Mrs. Shakuntala Tulashidas Hoble, was fatally struck by a train. According to local sources, Mrs. Hoble was hearing and speech impaired and had been living alone due to the absence of immediate family or caregivers.
