Goa, Nov. 18 -- The Enforcement Directorate on Friday carried out searches at 25 locations connected to Haryana-based Al-Falah University as part of an expanding investigation into the institution's funding. Among the premises raided was the university's office in Delhi's Okhla area. The university's main campus spans 70 acres in Faridabad.
The intensified scrutiny comes after three doctors associated with the university were named as suspects in the recent Delhi blast case. Following government directives, the central agency has initiated a detailed probe into the university's financial structure. A forensic audit of its accounts has also been ordered.
