Goa, March 29 -- This morning, a tragic incident occurred at Patto in Panjim when a dumper vehicle ran over a dog owned by local resident Subhash Keni. According to Keni, the driver did not stop to check on the dog but instead continued driving without any concern. Keni expressed his deep concerns regarding the safety of children, particularly with a primary school located nearby.

He pointed out that many children frequently walk along the roadside, making them vulnerable to reckless driving.
