Goa, Dec. 31 -- The Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) on Wednesday successfully carried out the salvo launch of two indigenously developed Pralay missiles off the Odisha coast. Conducted around 10.30 am as part of user evaluation trials, both missiles were fired in quick succession from the same launcher and followed their intended flight paths, meeting all mission objectives.
The launch took place from the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur, with tracking sensors and ship-based telemetry systems confirming the accuracy of the terminal events. DRDO shared visuals of the test on X, describing it as a major milestone.
