Goa, Oct. 29 -- Aggrieved by persistent power outag es and voltage fluctua tions, the Dramapur-Sirlim panchayat has sought the intervention of Velim MLA Cruz Silva to find a lasting solution to the recurring electricity problems affect ing the area.
