Goa, April 12 -- In a strong message aimed at raising standards in public healthcare, Goa's Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has announced that doctors at Goa Medical College (GMC) who fail to adapt to new technologies and upgrade their medical knowledge will face termination from service.
Speaking to reporters, Minister Rane emphasized the government's commitment to ensuring top-tier medical care in the state. "We want the best of services at Goa Medical College. Those who cannot keep up with the evolving landscape of medical science and technology will not be retained," he said.
