Goa, Sept. 20 -- The first meeting of the District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) for 2025-26 took place in Panaji, chaired by Union MoS for Power, Shripad Naik.

The session saw the participation of Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Revenue) Sandip Jaques, IAS, and Member Secretary, Collector (North Goa) Ankit Yadav, IAS, along with representatives from various line departments and local bodies.

The committee reviewed the progress of several centrally sponsored schemes and discussed strategies to ensure their efficient implementation and timely delivery of benefits to the public.
