Goa, Jan. 10 -- Delhi experienced its coldest morning of the current winter season on Friday as a sharp chill swept across the national capital, accompanied by trace rainfall in several areas.
The minimum temperature plunged to 4.6 degrees Celsius, which is about 2.3 degrees below the seasonal average, making it the lowest recorded so far this winter. The early morning drizzle further intensified the wintry conditions, leaving residents bracing for the cold.
