Goa, June 26 -- In a shocking breach of national security, Vishal Yadav, a civilian clerk at the Indian Navy headquarters in Delhi, has been arrested for leaking sensitive defence information to Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). The disclosures reportedly included material related to Operation Sindoor-a matter of strategic importance.
