PANJIM, Feb. 8 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has crossed the majority mark as leads roll in for the Delhi assembly election results. Trends at 11:15 am show the BJP getting 42 seats, while AAP settled for 28.

The counting of votes for the much awaited Delhi Assembly Election 2025 results began at 8 am on Saturday, with early trends showing the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) taking a strong lead. As of 12 pm, BJP was ahead on 46 seats, while the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was leading on 24 seats, according to the Election Commission of India (ECI).
