Goa, Nov. 14 -- Investigators probing the deadly explosion near Delhi's Red Fort have uncovered links between the key suspect, Dr Umar Mohammad-also known as Dr Umar Un Nabi-and a Turkiye-based handler identified by the codename "Ukasa," according to sources familiar with the probe.

The national capital was shaken on Monday evening when a slow-moving vehicle detonated at 6:52 pm close to the historic monument, killing 13 people and injuring several others. Harrowing visuals from the scene showed charred vehicles and bodies strewn across the road.
