Goa, May 10 -- Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) in Delhi resumed normal operations in the early hours of Saturday, even as tensions between India and Pakistan remain high. In a public travel advisory, airport authorities cautioned passengers to anticipate potential delays due to strengthened security protocols and possible airspace changes.
"Delhi Airport operations are normal at present," the advisory stated. "However, due to changing airspace conditions and increased security measures as per orders from the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, some flight schedules might be impacted, and security checkpoint processing times could be longer."
