Goa, Nov. 18 -- BJP's Damu Naik has taken a direct swipe at Congress workers after they recently gifted a book on Jawaharlal Nehru. He alleged that the act was not a harmless cultural gesture but a coded signal expressing their desire to join the BJP. Naik claimed that the episode underlined growing unrest within the Congress and reflected the workers' lack of faith in the party's leadership. He said such actions reveal deeper organisational issues, including internal confusion and declining morale. Naik added that this instance is among several signs suggesting that Congress cadres are exploring opportunities outside the party, which, according to him, highlights a weakening structure within the opposition camp.
