Goa, Sept. 11 -- Roads in Curchorem have remained in a deplorable state for more than 3.5 years, causing significant inconvenience to residents and contributing to numerous accidents, many of which have led to hospitalizations. The situation worsens during the rainy season, making travel extremely hazardous.
Despite rainfall having subsided, contractors responsible for underground sewerage work have yet to repair the damaged roads. Large potholes and loose stones have made commuting especially dangerous for bikers, with several reports of vehicle damage and accidents.
