CURCHOREM, April 26 -- Curchorem-Cacora Municipal Council (CCMC) Engineer Deepak Desai has issued a notice to the Councillor Piedade Diniz, representing Morailem ward, for illegal construction under 'repair licence' granted to her in survey No 95/1 of Curchorem.
The notice issued to Diniz, who is also a vice-chairperson of CCMC, and to the complainant Harshad Gaonkar has asked them to be present on April 26 and contact Junior Engineer Sanju Desai from the technical section for the site inspection of the structure which is coming up in survey No.95/1 and under Road Widening area of State Highway at Morailem, Curchorem.
