Goa, Dec. 27 -- The Department of Tourism has initiated enforcement action at Romeo Lane in Vagator-Ozran and removed the encroachment at the site. Following the removal, the Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) authorities conducted demarcation and mapping of the area. Officials confirmed that the findings have been submitted to the competent authority for further review. However, despite these steps, additional regulatory action under CRZ norms is still awaited. The delay has raised questions over the next course of action, even as the site remains under scrutiny for alleged violations.
