Goa, Sept. 12 -- Vice President-elect Chandrapuram Ponnusamy Radhakrishnan will be sworn in as the 15th Vice President of India on Friday, September 12, at Rashtrapati Bhawan. President Droupadi Murmu will administer the oath of office at the morning ceremony.
According to a senior NDA source, the date and time were chosen as "auspicious" based on the advice of a pandit. Invitations are being sent to senior leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) for the event.
