Health authorities in both locations have warned that the virus is spreading rapidly again, signalling a possible resurgence of a COVID-19 wave in Asia.

COVID-19 is spreading fast in Hong Kong

The virus is spreading aggressively in Hong Kong. Albert Au, head of the Communicable Disease Branch at the Centre for Health Protection, told local media this week that the percentage of positive COVID-19 cases has reached a one-year high.
