Goa, Dec. 6 -- After securing conditional bail in the Rama Kankonkar case, Zenito Cardozo has been instructed to follow strict court-mandated conditions. His advocate, Michael Nazareth, explained that Zenito must provide two sureties of Rs.5 lakh each and is barred from entering within 500 metres of both the victim's residence and workplace. Zenito has also been ordered to surrender his passport to the authorities. The court further directed him to attend all regular hearings without fail. Additionally, he must not tamper with evidence or attempt to influence any witnesses involved in the case. Advocate Michael thanked his legal team, including Adv. Mangurish and Adv. Vinayak Porob, for their assistance as proceedings continue.
