Goa, Nov. 11 -- Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Monday announced that people in Goa will soon be able to register their marriages from any taluka of the State.
Speaking after chairing a review meeting with all sub-registrars on land and marriage registration at the Mantralaya in Porvorim, Sawant said the initiative aims to improve infrastructure and strengthen Information Technology (IT) systems in coordination with NIC officials.
"As promised, citizens will soon be able to complete their marriage registration from any taluka office in Goa," Sawant stated.
