Goa, Oct. 17 -- A group of youths in Cortalim has exposed illegal dumping of sewage by trucks from hotels and industries into roadside gutters near the Titan main gate in Verna Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) during nighttime hours.

The activists have filed a complaint with the Cortalim Police but allege that no action has been taken so far. They are now demanding that authorities intervene immediately to stop the illegal practice and hold the responsible parties accountable.

Local residents and environmentalists have expressed concern over the potential health and environmental hazards caused by such sewage dumping, urging stricter monitoring of industrial and commercial waste disposal in the area.
