Goa, April 4 -- A discussion has surfaced in Pernem regarding potential encroachment on the remaining land of the Goa Darbar Hotel located at Malpe. Reports suggest that the tourism department's land, which is still in question, may have been encroached upon. The controversy stems from the sale of around 1000 square meters of this land to a private party about 4-5 years ago.
