GOACAN, a consumer rights organization, has filed four separate complaints against the Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTCL) for systemic failures in complying with mandatory provisions for passenger convenience and rights. The complaints highlight violations across multiple buses, which lacked reserved seats for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), senior citizens, and ladies, as well as the
